Supreme Council Records show the following as of December 1:
- 100 councils (27% of active councils) have not submitted their Form 365.
- 28 councils (8% of active councils) have not submitted their Form 185.
- 157 councils (42% of active councils) have not recruited a new member this fraternal year. 213 councils have recruited a total of 673 new members. There are now 13 councils that have achieved their Growth quota.
- #1295 Audit. The Audit Status column will show the last audit submitted for those councils who are late with current audit. As of December 1, 83 councils (22% of active councils) have not been credited with submitting their current audit.
- Founders Award: There are 26 councils that have been credited with 2 Fraternal Benefit Events and achieving minimum participation quota.
Revised FBE Reporting: Supreme will now accept a participant who registers and views a webinar, without the Grand Knight reporting on a Form 11077. However, if a council presents a “watch party” where several participants viewed the webinar or attend a FBE seminar, then the Grand Knight is required to submit a 11077 with all the participant’s Names, (Membership Number if they are brother knights), Emails and Phone Numbers.
- Safe Environment: 99 councils (27% of active councils) have been certified as compliant. Remember your compliant status is good for three years.
- State Program Points. 342 councils (92% of active councils) have submitted program activities for the “Let us Be Worthy” State Program Contest. Points for council officers who have been certified as compliant for Safe Environment each receives 25 points for the state program. And each council who conducts one Fraternal Benefit Seminar or who promotes a webinar will receive 25 points for the first event only.
